What this site is

breath.zone is a free educational resource describing breathing techniques, with gentle visual guidance. It is provided as-is, without any warranty.

Not medical advice

Nothing on this site is medical, psychological or therapeutic advice. The breathing techniques described here are general practices drawn from a range of traditions. Some people find them helpful; some don't. They are not a substitute for medical or mental health support. If you have a condition that affects your breathing, heart or anxiety, please follow advice from a qualified clinician.

Stop if it doesn't feel right

If a technique makes you feel dizzy, light-headed, breathless, uncomfortable or more anxious, please stop and return to normal breathing. Breathing exercises are something to try gently, not push through.

For children

Some techniques are written with children in mind, and may be helpful in calm moments. They are not a substitute for safeguarding, professional support, or co-regulation with a trusted adult. Adult supervision is recommended.

Use

You're welcome to use breath.zone personally, share links with friends or family, and use it in classrooms, clinics or other supportive settings. Please don't republish the content of the site as your own.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kensington Square Therapy Limited is not liable for any loss or harm arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
