Plain English. Quietly written.

Last updated: 14 May 2026. This notice covers breath.zone, a project of Kensington Square Therapy Limited.

The short version

breath.zone is designed to be used without an account, without sign-up, and without tracking. We don't ask for your name, your email or any other personal details. We don't profile you. There are no cookies that follow you around the internet.

What is stored, and where

When you save a breathing technique to your favourites, that list is held in your own browser's local storage on your own device. We never see it. If you clear your browser's site data, the list disappears with it.

What we don't do

No advertising trackers. No cross-site analytics that profile you. No fingerprinting. No selling of any data — there is no data to sell. No notifications. No streaks or engagement loops.

Hosting and basic analytics

Our pages are served by a content delivery network which keeps standard, short-lived server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. If we add lightweight analytics in future, we'll use a privacy-friendly, cookieless option (such as Plausible or Cloudflare Web Analytics) and update this page.

Children

Some techniques are written with children in mind, and may be used by parents, teachers or therapists. The site itself doesn't collect any information from any visitor, including children.

Your rights

Under UK and EU data protection law you have rights including access, correction and erasure. Since we don't hold personal data about you, there's typically nothing to access or erase — but if you'd like to ask, please reach us via wellbeing.tips.

Changes

If we change this notice in a material way, we'll update the date at the top.
